conventional yacht ownership is the
expense of purchase, running,
crewing and managing her in relation
to how much you use will eventually
use her. Industry statistics show
that most yacht owners on average
will only use their yacht for only
21 to 42 days per year.
The benefits for fractional yacht
owners are obvious, you are only
responsible for your pro-rata share
of maintenance and management fees.
Even then, these dues are able to be
offset by yacht charter revenue.
Each yacht is financially insulated
from all others whilst still being
able to be used as a global fleet.
Similarly finance is able to be
provided for the purchase of the
fraction whilst protecting each
co-owner from the other.
Each fraction, yacht and membership
is VAT and tax efficient eliminating
a significant financial burden.
Economies of scale come into play
with our maintenance and management
team which are thereon passed to
you.
There is no financial cost
attributed to the Emerald and
Sapphire members for using other
yachts within the Collections.
