Design
We will assist in choosing the right
designer for the project, taking
account the type of donor yacht and your
taste and needs. We will also assist
in the choice of naval architect if
appropriate at this stage.
Specification
The designer and architect will then
complete a full specification
schedule of your requirements for
the yards to quote their build cost
on - we can assist you in the choice
of furniture and decoration, and
advise on future sale values in
relation to your finish.
Finance
If the financing is organised early
in the project it will ensure an
effortless process, we have a number
of the world leading institutions
who can structure your yacht
finance accordingly and well in
advance.
Tender
Once the design and architect have
provided their tender documentation
we will go out to yards where we
will get the best value and best
build for a particular type of
yacht. the final decision will be
yours however we will guide you
through you choice which will also
include emerging nations for yacht
construction such as China and
Turkey not to mention the favourites
of Italy, Germany and the
Netherlands.
