We will explain how the buying
process works, how our expenses come
from the seller not the buyer, and
what stages you can expect along the
way.
Some buyer's instructions are
straight forward - to buy or build a
particular yacht - but most on the
used yacht market - are more fluid,
we even have to work through a
process with some to find what type
of yacht they really want, yet all
are still determined to fulfil their
ambitions.
We will also take you through the
after sales expenses, charter
revenues, financing, management and
holding structure for the yacht to
benefit from tax and VAT
efficiencies.
The skill we have is in eliciting
the apparent minor points that
become bigger points in the purchase,
from the owner, BEFORE they buy
the yacht, that's why it's vital we
get to know your likes and dislikes,
the real you - it's the only way to
find a yacht made for you for you
both to spend many happy years
together.
