The Assessment


One of the key and critical facts surrounding a successful sale is the setting of the sale price. The price reflects not only the yacht, condition, market conditions, currency rates, location of vessel but also the motivation of the owner to sell.

To high and selling her is unlikely unless she is a rare find. Too low and you are missing out on revenue.

Some owners' can have unrealistic expectations re the level of the sale price - usually caused by a previous seller overstating future vales to clinch their sale. Nonetheless we will happily sit down with you and calculate the 'selling price' which after all is the result you want to achieve.
