Central Agency
Once you have decided you
are happy working with us, and
comfortable that we are the team you
can work with to successfully sell
your yacht we will coordinate the
central agency agreement.
We will incorporate a 10% commission
into the selling price, typically 3
to 4 % would stay with the Central
Agent representing the Owner and 6
to 7% goes to the agent bringing the
buyer.
Out of our percentage we have to pay
all of our fixed costs including but
not limited to, staff, yacht visits,
marketing and advertising, and
contract negotiations - what ever is
left is our profit.
